Cancellation and Refund Policy
Last updated: 01.09.2026
1. General Provisions
This Cancellation and Refund Policy governs the sale of digital content, software, subscriptions, and online services provided through our digital platform. By purchasing any digital product or service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By completing a transaction on our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and explicitly accepted this Policy alongside our Terms of Service.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Content and Services
Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. However, this right does not apply to digital content or services if performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment that they will lose their right to cancel.
By purchasing digital content, streaming access, software licences, or immediate online services, you expressly consent to immediate performance and explicitly acknowledge that you waive your statutory right to cancel or obtain a refund. Consequently, no refund requests will be entertained under any circumstances.
3. Subscription and Membership Cancellations
If our platform offers recurring subscriptions or automated membership plans, the following rules apply:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future renewals only; it does not entitle you to a refund for any past periods or unused portions of the current billing term.
- Access to platform features will remain active until the paid period expires, with no partial refunds issued.
4. Technical Issues and Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for user-side technical issues, incompatibility with local hardware/software, internet connectivity problems, or failure to utilize the purchased digital content.
In the rare event of a permanent, platform-wide technical failure originating solely from our end that completely prevents access to the purchased service, exceptions may be evaluated at our sole discretion.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
