User Agreement

Please read this agreement carefully. Accessing and using the platform means you accept these terms and conditions.
1. Parties and Definitions
This User Agreement (Agreement) is concluded between the website and mobile applications with the domain name bakimplatformu.com (Platform) and the real persons using this platform (User).
2. Scope of Service
The Platform provides an intermediary service that brings together caregivers and families seeking care. The Platform is not a party to the service relationship between the caregiver and the family; it only provides the communication infrastructure.
3. Membership Conditions
To become a member of the platform, you must be 18 years of age or older and legally residing in Turkey. The information provided during membership must be accurate and up to date.
4. Account Security
The User is obligated to protect the confidentiality of their account password. In case of unauthorized use of the account, the Platform must be notified immediately.
5. Pricing and Payment
Membership to the platform is free. Messaging credits must be purchased to message a caregiver. Payment transactions are carried out over a secure payment infrastructure.
6. Prohibited Behaviors
Users are strictly prohibited from harassing others, creating fake profiles, using the platform for illegal activities, and sending spam.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, design elements, software, logos, and brands on the Platform belong to the Platform operator.
8. Account Termination
The Platform may suspend or terminate the accounts of users who violate this agreement without prior notice.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform provides an intermediary service. The Platform cannot be held liable for any damages arising from the relationship between the caregiver and the family.
10. Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to update this agreement at any time. Updates are effective from the date they are published.
